Our Story

Established in 1997 CareDirector is a global social vendor with over 100 customers in the United States and across Europe, providing human services solutions that enable the public to fully participate in and direct their own support. Our software solutions powered by Dynamics CRM are designed to help human services agencies more effectively serve, engage and enable the people they serve. CareDirector brings a unique customer service approach to the delivery of social services; our software enables choice and control, puts human services organizations closer to the people they serve and improves organizational performance. Our information systems are certified for their high standard of quality and accessibility.

Why We Do It

Our social services software information systems are supporting the work of over 20,000 health and human services professionals. We are proud to be recognized by our clients for our ability to build positive, personal and open working relationships. We have been working with individual local agencies, consortia and national partners such as the Department of Health, the Youth Justice Board, the Department for Children, Schools and Families in the United Kingdom and the Health Service Executive in Ireland.

Our People

Giving

With over 50,000 software users CareDirector is proud to contribute to all of our user communities across the UK, Ireland and the United States. Through volunteering and philanthropy we support the amazing work of our clients through charitable donations and assistance. We also run regular in-house fundraising campaigns and our staff regularly take part in bake sales, charity runs and mountain climbing expeditions.
