Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the area of community health and human services and has seen CareDirector successfully deliver solutions to customers around the world since 1996. Thousands of health and health and human services professionals use CareDirector software every day.

Chief Technical Officer

Pat is one of the founding board members of CareDirector and brings over 20 years of experience in the technical side of health and human services solutions. Pat manages all the CareDirector technical teams and deals first hand with our customers to ensure they receive the technical delivery and service they deserve.

Senior Account Manager

Richard has extensive strategy, program and management experience in government and non-profit sectors. Richard is often the first member of the CareDirector team to meet our customers and he brings close to 20 years of experience with him to help them work out the best software solution for their needs.

April is one of our financial consultants and with over 25 years’ experience she helps bring technical and financial direction to our customer solutions.

Andy has 15 years’ experience working in enterprise production environments, focusing on problem management and project implementation. Andy leads our technical support team for our US customers.
